Common Insurance We Accept
At our practice, we accept a wide range of dental insurance plans to make dental care more accessible to all patients. We work with many commonly accepted providers, including Zelis, Careington, MetLife, Delta Dental, and Cigna, among others. For patients who do not have insurance, we offer The Francis Care Plan, an affordable membership program designed to help patients receive the dental care they need. This plan offers options for children, adults, and those requiring more frequent periodontal maintenance. Members also enjoy a 15 percent discount on additional services, such as dental implants, ensuring that every patient can maintain a healthy smile without financial strain.
Our Office and Technology
Our practice utilizes the most state-of-the-art dental technologies to give you a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Bringing in this technology not only assures we are practicing above the standard of care, which provides less room for long term issues/less errors, but also allows us to lower our overall fees by cutting out lab costs. We concentrate on minimally invasive dentistry so your treatments are easy and have a quick recovery time. We try to make our office a cozy experience by including:

Laser Dentistry
With laser gum therapy, we are able to treat conditions like gum disease or frenectomies with gentle, minimally invasive laser care.
Air Abrasion
This is a drill-less technique that we can use to treat small areas of tooth decay. By spraying fine particles at the treatment site, we can brush away decay without the need of a dental drill.
CEREC® Same-Day Crowns
With our CEREC technology we can create custom dental crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers all within the same day as your appointment with our in-house lab. This removes the need to wait weeks while wearing temporaries for an off-site dental lab to create your new restoration.
Cone Beam CT Scans
By using a cone beam CT (CBCT) scan, we are able to quickly get a highly detailed view of your jaw and supporting structures. This allows us to more accurately plan dental implants so your results are more successful and predictable.
Guided Implant Surgery
Through the help of computers and our CBCT scans, we can create a custom guide to ensure your dental implant surgery is accurate. This guide controls depth and angles, so there is no guesswork involved.
Intraoral Camera
With these small cameras, you can see exactly what we see when examining your mouth. This allows us to better educate you on your oral needs and accurately plan your treatments.
Guided Tissue Regeneration
This technology allows us to help restore lost gum tissue to allow for proper function and aesthetics. This can help treat those who suffer from gum recession or lost gum tissue due to trauma or periodontal disease.
DIAGNOdent
By using laser light, DIAGNOdent allows us to more easily spot cavities that may have been invisible to the naked eye before. When we can treat these cavities early, we can prevent more extensive damage to the tooth structure.
Digital Smile Design
This incredible technology allows us to show you what your smile will look like after treatment. This is excellent for those considering dental implants or orthodontic care and want to see an example of the results before making such a life changing decision.

Dr. Brian Francis
Dr. Francis graduated from Case Western University Dental School in Cleveland, Ohio. He was awarded for achievement in patient care with an emphasis in Implant Placement. Dr. Francis has had advanced training at the renowned Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Francis has had advanced Implant Training in Washington, D.C. as well as advanced Cosmetic & Reconstructive training, Sleep Apnea and Myofunctional Therapy at the renowned Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Francis has participated in Give Kids a Smile Program and served with other Dentists in the Cleveland Area providing volunteer dental work to the underprivileged elementary schools. He also volunteered his time by completing dental missions which provided much needed care to the people of the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Francis has trained with surgical implants and cosmetic dentistry techniques to be able to provide his patients with the best care available. He is a member of the American Dental Association. He is also earned his Eagle Scout when he was involved with the Boy Scouts of America. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University Idaho in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He is passionate about dentistry and giving the best in quality and care to his patients.
Dr. Francis grew up in Marysville, Washington where he developed a love of the outdoors. He enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, hunting, skiing and is currently learning the art of fly fishing. He is an avid sports enthusiast and always enjoys a good game. When not at work he also enjoys just spending time with his wife Tia, his sons Dylan and Kai and his daughter Blakely.

Jessica, the front desk lady who probably does everything is very helpful and welcoming; my hygienist, Kori, and Dr. Francis are just awesome! I like how they took real pictures of my teeth and doctor showed me the pictures and explained to me what’s going on with my gum and teeth in a way that I can understand. I’ve had several different dentists’ experiences in the last 40 years, they usually only showed me x-ray slides or images taken from their fancy new machine that all I could see were shadows of my teeth. Today was my first visit to see Dr. Francis and to also have my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist. First, let me say that the dental hygienist had to have done the best job I’ve ever had done. Not only was she very friendly, but she explained everything as she did it, it was the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had done. The icing on the cake was meeting Dr. Francis. He was extremely friendly. He explained the exam gave me all my options. All of the staff that I met were very friendly. The office was very clean. I highly recommend their office.

Wow! What Service. My own dentist of many years was not able to get me in for emergency service and didn't seem to really care. Dr. Francis got me into his office within the hour of my emergency and patched me up until I could get the permanent fix. His office staff was amazing and needless to say - they cared.
